Arlington Stabbing: Suspect Died, Two Injured in Ashton Heights

The Arlington County Police Department’s Homicide/Robbery Unit is investigating a violent stabbing incident that unfolded Tuesday evening, November 26, 2025, in the Ashton Heights neighborhood.

Police were called at approximately 5:11 p.m. to the 200 block of N. Glebe Road for a report of an assault with injuries. When officers arrived, they found two adult men outside a business, both suffering from multiple lacerations. Officers immediately began administering first aid while additional units canvassed the area.

During the search, police located a third adult male inside the business. He was pronounced deceased at the scene.

The two surviving victims were transported by medics to a nearby hospital with life-threatening injuries. As of the latest update, one victim is in stable condition, while the other remains in critical but stable condition.

According to preliminary findings, investigators believe the deceased individual initiated the attack and acted as the primary aggressor. Police say there are no outstanding suspects, and the incident appears contained. Multiple knives were recovered as evidence during the investigation.

Authorities will release the identity of the deceased once proper next-of-kin notification has been completed.
